Dawn Kraychuk is DD West’s I.T. Administrator and has been since 2018. She has more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry and has been working in I.T. since 1994.

In 1988, Dawn had an interest in law and legal practices and obtained a Legal Administration diploma. Since then, she developed an interest in information technology and attended various courses and seminars (including Microsoft certification) and continued working with private practice law firms. Currently, her area of interest is eDiscovery procedures and practices.

Over the years, Dawn continued to expand her knowledge in I.T. and worked for a technical-managed service support company where she automated the collection of sales data for weekly meetings. She also worked for the Province of Manitoba where she developed a database prototype for document automation in the legal department. 

In 2012, Dawn received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Winnipeg. She has also lectured at the University of Winnipeg in the Applied Computer Science department on business accounting processes.

Dawn has a strong compassion for animals and animal welfare and is a proud vegetarian. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, biking, golf, and spending time at her favourite animal sanctuary.
