J. Edward (Ted) Crane is a member of both the Alberta and Manitoba Bars and his practice is almost exclusively in estate litigation, providing legal services in Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. He has assisted clients in litigation matters for more than 35 years, trying cases at the Court of King’s Bench level and on appeals to the Court of Appeal. He has appeared as lead counsel in numerous trial proceedings and in the Court of Appeal in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba on will and estate matters.
Ted has been a presenter at the Law Society, the Canadian Bar Association, Provincial Bar Associations, and the Legal Education Society of Alberta. He has also lectured at the Faculty of Law, Bar Admissions, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Estate Planning Council, and a wide variety of organizations in the financial services industry on wills, estates, and trusts.
