Jaclyn has over 18 years of experience in the legal field and is currently working as a Paralegal under Melissa Serbin and Debbie Buors at DD West LLP.

Jaclyn is a proud graduate of Red River College, Legal Administration Assistant Certificate Program with honours. Since graduating in 2006, Jaclyn has had opportunities to work in various types of law primarily in corporate, corporate commercial, and real estate.

Jaclyn’s corporate experience includes the following:

• business name and extra-provincial registrations
• amendments to corporate structure
• corporate reorganizations

• revivals
• annual return filings
• drafting, reviewing, updating, and cleaning up corporate minute books

Jaclyn’s commercial law and real estate experience includes the following:

• drafting documents for purchase and sale of business/assets
• standard due diligence searches and reports
• preparing land titles documents, registrations, personal property registrations
• drafting documents for residential purchase and sales

In Jaclyn’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and bike riding.
