Rowan is an Associate working in DD West LLP’s Winnipeg office with a practice focusing on Municipal Law and Wills and Estates. Prior to law school, Rowan received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from the University of Manitoba.

Rowan graduated from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in the class of 2024. Along with her Juris Doctor, she obtained certificates of specialization in both Environmental Law and Indigenous and Aboriginal Law. During her second year at law school, Rowan served as Vice President of Communications for the Environmental Law Students Society. In her third year, she became involved in a pro bono project with the Global Network for Human Rights and the Environment.

In her free time, Rowan enjoys spending time outside playing soccer, going to the cabin, and backcountry camping.
